Coming back from my forced, mandatory (is that repetitive ? I don't really care..) classes for Chemistry and Advanced Math, I noticed something...I always saw it...but never really took it on...
There is a new disease in Trinidad (it's probably been there for a while..but this is the first I'm really taking notice)......this new disease goes by the name of obesity (for those of you who still don't know what obesity is..I'm not your damned dictionary)
Now...I'm not prejudice against people who are obese..but the number of them is beginning to be worrisome, I would admit that the numbers decreased from last year (I think...I wasn't taking notice then)....but it's still a lot.
I think it's time that people worldwide started slimming down...not through chemicals that most likely don't work but.....another way...which I don't know of yet...
(Yeah..I just said what anyone can about obesity..but these are just my views...or the views of thousands..take your pick)

Kaiba's Go Through The Duel
I was thinking about the silence that's currently killing my blog..and I decided that I'd post something to break that silence...
Kaiba's Go Through The Duel...it's freaking awesome lol
I have no fixation with Kaiba or with Yu-Gi-Oh, but this video is too funny to ignore, and if you can watch the whole thing without losing your sanity...you're worthy of a pat on the back...and a free trip to the asylum.
I'll post more videos like these whenever the blog seems to be getting dry.

Lessons during vacation... is it torture ?
Well...I've been on vacation since last....(hm, it appears that I've forgotten already)...Tuesday...and today I came to the shock of the realization that I'll be having lessons ("lessons" being a tutor for those of you who don't know) during this Summer Vacation.....
WTH ?
That is something that should never be done...never.
My life was controlled enough by lessons while I was in school...so...why not bring it to vacation too ?! *sarcasm*
During school... it was...
French on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Maths and Advanced Math on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
and Physics and Chemistry on Saturdays...for 4 hours.... Epic Fail.
But now..during vacation, I have no known schedule but I'll be having all of those exlcluding French...at least I get a break from SOMETHING...
Seeing my lack of free time while school's going on AND while it's out is a FML moment... so...
FML..

Down The Islands...
Yesterday, I went down the islands (for those of you who don't know.. down the islands = small islands which surround the coast of Trinidad) and it was pretty fun.
I went with my church, so the fun was limited but I still had fun anyway (not like I ever have fun so it doesn't matter).
I got to invite a friend and Simone, a long time friend of mines, got to come..kewl...bring on the craziness.
In the line, she made fun of this other grrl's clothes behind her back saying what she should and shouldn't wear.
The DJ thought it'd be a good idea to play "The Love Boat" while more than half of the crowd who were waiting to get on weren't actually ON the boat....smooth (you can feel the sarcasm dripping off that word.).
Danielle, friend to Simone and myself, came up to us with 2 grrls I've never seen before (both younger than me) and tried to ask for a spot in line.
( inFamous moment : If I give them a space in line, that means that all the other people would be inconvienced...but if I don't they might get pissed at me for the rest of the trip... )
Well..we didn't give them a space in line (Good Actions give you a good reputation)...because they forgot they tickets.....but we probably would've given them the space anyway (Evil Actions tarnish your good reputation)
After some talking and more talking, they got "Temporary Tickets" and when we were going through (Me, my mom, Simone, Danielle, her 2 cousins, her mom, dad and sister.)...
Somehow, they got through first...with "Temporary Tickets" (how did that even work ?).... but either way we got through and after a loose security check-point...we were in the boat.
The boat was the "Treasure Princess" (or somefin like that), it had 3 levels, and while it wasn't the cruise I was supposed to go on aboard the Caribbean Princess, it was still pretty cool.
We started moving and they were still playing "Love Boat". This was seriously getting on my nerves at this point, but I did my best to ignore it (and it worked, until some kid started blowing a whistle really loudly).
Someone probably made a complaint because at last they changed the song, everyone started cheering, except maybe for some lady who was dancing and encouraging others to dance with her...weird.
Simone, Danielle, her two cousins and myself went to the rail at the edge of the boat and began looking over into the sea.
Either there were rough waves or the music intoxicated them because Simone began leaning on me, practically pushing me onto the other cruise-goers (3 other grrls)...I didn't want to make them feel uncomfortable so I just put my arm around Simone's shoulder, she didn't even seem to notice, although, Danielle looked at me directly in my face, made me feel uncomfortable..so before a minute passed, my arm was gone.
The rest of the trip to the island, Chacachacare (can you even pronounce that ?), was uneventful for the most part, so I'll exclude it.
At the island, there were two areas we could've gone to...there was a clearing that wasn't too far from the boat but not many people gathered...and there was a bigger area further from the boat, but had lots of trees for shade and had the beach nearby so more people gathered there.
Sadly, when we got there, things took one bad turn after another... First, we found out that the Nature Walk had been cancelled because the boat left late.. an hour late to be exact...
I wanted to go in the water..but couldn't because I had no towel. (I had bathing trunks...but no towel, there HAS to be something wrong with me) and the beach arobics were cancelled (doesn't matter cause I wasn't going to that even if they payed me)...
I spent most of the time either talking with other people who didn't go in the water for one reason or the other...
Then it was time to go.....
The ride up was mostly eneventful, except that the seas were rougher.. one thing happened though....
We were on the bridge (top level of the boat) and I was sitting, talking to Garth about some of my "problems".... and then Simone calls me next to her, then..she and Haley(Danielle's older cousin) link their arms in mine and tell me to dance, I step with them a few times before pulling away.
I don't mind having 2 grrls link their arms in mine...but dancing....that's something completely different...
I can't wait to go down the islands again (maybe I'll actually remember to pack my towel).....

New Books !
I decided that this needed its on post so here it is...
Over the weekend I got 3 new books :
Cross
Double Cross
and Vampire Academy
Technically, I got "Cross" and "Vampire Academy" yesterday..but it doesn't matter...
I didn't know that much about "Cross" or "Vampire Academy" but they seem good.
How I found out about " Double Cross " was really strange though...at least in my opinion.
I saw it advertise on TV last year and decided I had to check it out, after all it DID have TWO psycho killers chasing one guy....fun.
To me, this was, and still is, strange because, as far as I know, they don't really put out money to advertise books..I guess they decided to do something different (although now when I look for it, I can't find it on Youtube)
I finished Vampire Academy earlier today at around 1:35pm (finished it in less than a day, which is a sort of an achievement for me because usually I take at least 3 days to read a book that size)..
What shocks me though is how some parts of it remind me of my own story (the main one I'm working on)... "Dimitri Belikov" reminds me of one of my characters "Bishop Luine"....and then the whole school-life concept (which I'm doing for my story)...I've never actually seen it, so it'll be good to base mines of it, although I'm not doing "Vampires" (Spoiler : Bishop is one though), " Slavic Art", "Precalculus" (wth ?) or "Moroi Culture" (only readers'll understand this)...
Let's see how fast I can finish "Double Cross"...

Somehow..it doesn't taste as sweet..
Well, I'm finally free from school..but, like my title...it isn't as awesome as I thought it would've been...maybe it's cause nothing's happened yet...maybe nothing will happen, and I would've just wasted my vacation...
Well, at least this gives me time to catch up on my studies (yea...right) and for me to work on my stories a bit more (which I've been ignoring for...a while)....
